Ingredients :
prawns — 250gm
Onion - 1 Big
Tomato - 1 Big
Garam Masala
– 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder — 1 teaspoon
Corianer Powder — 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric — 1/4 Teaspoon
Paste of Ginger/Garlic/Greenchilli/Curry Leaves — 2 Teaspoon
Cooking Oil –2 Tablespoon
Basmati rice — 3 Cups (Washed n Filtered)
Water — 6 cups
Method of Preparation :
-Fry the Paste of Ginger/Garlic/Greenchilli/Curry Leaves in oil once it is golden brown
-Add finely chopped onions n tomato stir in simmer so as it will be cooked.
-then add all the powders and stir it for 2 minutes also add prawns, salt and keep close the vessel till the water in prawns is dry.
-Then add rice and water mix it, again close the vessel and keep in simmer till the rice is
cooked.
-Top up with Fried Capsicum, Badam, Dry grapes & Cashewnuts .
