Ingredients:
* Puff pastry – 1 sheet
* Egg – 1
For the filling :-
* Frozen spinach -1 box defrosted and drained
* Chopped onion – 1/2 cup
* Chopped garlic – 1 tsp
* Oil – 1 tbsp
* Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
* Salt – to taste
* Black pepper powder – to taste
* Feta cheese crumbled – 2 tbsp
* Cheddar cheese grated – 1/4 cup
Directions:-
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until onions are soft. Add drained spinach and cook until all the water is evaporated.
2. Add Italian seasoning, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Let it cool.
3. Lay out puff pastry sheet on a flat surface dusted with flour. Roll it out lightly.
4. Brush beaten egg wash all over the pastry sheet.
5. Spread the spinach mixture onto the sheet, sprinkle cheeses over the spinach mixture.
6. Roll puff pastry sheet like a jelly roll style. Cover with cling wrap and let it rest inside the freezer for 1-2 hrs.
7. Take the roll out and slice into 1/2 inch slices.
8. Lay slices out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash.
9. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until golden.
